CEI Senior Project Engineer
Requirements: A Civil Engineering degree and registered in the State of Florida as a Professional Engineer (or if registered in another state, the ability to obtain registration in the State of Florida within six months) and six (6) years of engineering experience, two (2) years of which are in major road or bridge construction) or (five (5) of which are in major bridge construction)
CEI Project Administration/Project Engineer
Requirements: A Civil Engineering degree plus two (2) years of engineering experience in construction of major road or bridge structures, or for non-degreed personnel eight (8) years of responsible and related engineering experience, two (2) years of which involved construction of major road or bridge structures with the exception of Complex Category 2 (CC2) bridge structures.
CEI Contract Support Specialist
Requirements: A High School diploma or equivalent and four (4) years of road & bridge construction engineering inspection (CEI) experience having performed/assisted in project-related duties (i.e., LIMS, progress and final estimates, EEO compliance, processing Construction Contract changes, etc.) or a Civil Engineering Degree.
CEI Sr. Inspector/Sr. Engineer Intern
Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent plus four (4) years of experience in construction inspection, two (2) years of which shall have been in bridge and/or roadway construction inspection with the exception of Complex Category 2 (CC2) bridge structures or a Civil Engineering degree and one (1) year of road & bridge CEI experience with the ability to earn additional required qualifications within one year. (Note: Senior Engineer Intern classification requires one (1) year experience as an Engineer Intern.)
CEI Inspector/Engineer Intern
Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent plus two (2) years’ experience in construction inspection, one (1) year of which shall have been in bridge and/or roadway construction inspection, or an Engineer Intern with a Civil Engineering degree.
NC Transportation Technician Level I & II
Positions are available throughout North Carolina including Asheville, Charlotte, Raleigh, Wilmington, and Greenville.
Requirements: Two (2) years of prior experience providing inspection services and the ability to read and interpret roadway, bridge, and structure plans as well as understand how to read and follow test specifications. NCDOT Certifications preferred:
- NCDOT Erosion & Sediment Control Level II
- NCDOT Introduction to Asphalt Pavements
- NCDOT QMS Roadway Technician
- NCDOT Concrete Field Technician
- ACI Concrete Field Technician
- NCDOT ABC Sampling Technician
- NCDOT Borrow Pit Sampling Technician

Marketing Coordinator
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for proposal preparation and coordination, marketing research for corporate marketing initiatives, and business development activities. This role assists in general marketing support including maintaining project and technical staff resumes, assisting with digital marketing initiatives, publishing, and graphic design for all marketing efforts. This position will be hybrid based out of one of our Florida offices. Option for remote upon discussion.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
Assists in developing proposals and qualifications packages in conjunction with Project Managers for clients and prospective clients in all market segments.
Develops and maintains technical staff’s resumes, boilerplate information, and project descriptions, and other branded material to support the organization’s business objectives.
Conducts research to support proposal development.
Assists in the development, organization, and production of marketing materials such as presentation materials, resumes, and brochures.
Works collaboratively with marketing and technical staff.
Researches, collects, writes, and edits content for social media, website, and newsletters.
Assists with marketing and business development planning efforts.
Researches target markets, competition, potential clients, and client satisfaction.
Assists in trip coordination including setting meetings.
Attends events and visits projects as needed to photograph.
Provides administrative support including word processing, desktop publishing, and graphic design skills to produce proposals and presentations.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge And Experience
Experience in preparing proposals under tight timelines and collaborating with technical staff.
Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience; experience in the A|E|C industry preferred.
Knowledge in marketing, branding, and business development strategy.
Experience in developing and maintaining project information sheets and technical staff resumes.
Experience in developing marketing promotional materials for print or digital publication, internal and external.
Experience in coordinating events, both internal and external.
Experience using platforms such as WordPress, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
